Hi there, I saw Nicole on Saturday and she was amazing. I could'nt believe the results I achieved in such a short period. Sunday morning, my skin was brighter and radiant,I felt lighter and coming to work on Monday, I was refreshed and wide awake when normally I feel like I never slept for months. Even my eyes were less puffy. I just have to mention the three nasty pimples I got on Sunday, but I suppose the liver started detoxing right?  |

I was curious about colonic therapy after seeing it on TV's "spa of embarrassing ilnesses" so bought a voucher for an initial treatment.
I admit I was really nervous beforehand. I was scared of being uncomfortable, of being embarrassed, of unknown effects, however I needn't have been concerned.
The experience was very relaxing, and despite my initial awkwardness, I felt no physical discomfort at all. My therapist, Louise, took care to explain how things worked and what she was doing and kept checking on my comfort and wellbeing.
After the treatment I felt incredibly energised, and "clear", mentally and physically. I slept brilliantly and the positive benefits lasted for quite a while.
I'm pleased I tried it out. Colonics are definitely something I'll do again, for an energy and health kick-start. |

Both of my pregnancies were surprises. The first in a super excited WOW kind of a way. The second, which I discovered when my little girl was only four months old, was more of a HOLY #%&! surprise followed by a week of weeping. My body emerged from my back to back pregnancies a little less functional and when I proceeded to open my own business in the three years following, I think I sealed the deal.
Having waged an uphill battle with IBS and the ensuing adrenal fatigue for the last few years, and having tried a myriad remedies, I feel like I have finally hit upon a very likely winner. My colon hydrotherapy with Briony had immediate positive results.
I am now completely psyched to try a full seven day detox. BRING ON THE HEALTHY HAPPY BELLY! |

The thought of having some-one else, other than my husband see my most intimate parts was daunting to say the least, and what was even more daunting was the thought of having a pipe up my bum for 45 minutes!!! Briony you have the science of both the colonics technique and making people feel comfortable and special down to an art. Doing the detox this year was on my 2010 bucket list and gave me back my own commitment to my health. It gave me a sense of pride. Colonics and a sense of pride - an oxymoron indeed!
See you next year babe - and you take care of you okay.

| I had the pleasure of meeting Briony in August.... I went to her for a course of colonics during a detox......I have been doing colonics for the past 15 years and at last i found someone who really knows what she is doing!! She puts you so at ease, has a fantastic "bedside manner" is very supportive and has a wealth of knowledge she shares.... the whole precedure is not invasive at all! the benefits are awesome and I felt like a brand new squeaky clean human!!! Tks B.....have an awesome Xmas and you will see me in the new year!! |

Who would have thought that I would go for a cleanse, and make a friend at the same time?
Briony has a passion and is a master of her craft. But not only that - she is such an amazing person.
